The Lakes Infusion Co. was born from a love of thoughtful food, slow craft, and the joy of sharing something truly special. Surrounded by the fells, rivers and woodlands, we craft our infusions in small batches, using nothing artificial — just honest flavours made with care.
Every recipe begins with carefully sourced ingredients and is developed to be drizzled, poured, and gifted. Whether it’s honey stirred into tea, oil over roast vegetables, or balsamic alongside ripe strawberries, we believe the little touches make all the difference.

Founder and maker at The Lakes Infusion Co., Christopher has spent over a decade teaching languages before returning to his first love — food. From the quiet lanes of Burneside, he now crafts infusions inspired by the beauty and pace of the Lakes, sharing them with cooks, hosts, and gift-givers across the UK.
