Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be delighted with every purchase from The Lakes Infusion Co. If something isn’t right, we’ll always do our best to make it right.

 

 

Perishable items

 

Due to the nature of our products (infused honey, olive oils, and balsamic vinegars), we can’t accept returns for perishable goods unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

 

 

Damaged or incorrect orders

 

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered:

 

  1. Please email us at hello@lakesinfusion.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo if possible.

  3. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.

 

 

Non-perishable items

 

For any non-food items (such as accessories or gift sets), you may return them within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

 

  • You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

 

Refunds

 

Once we’ve received your return (or agreed that a refund is due for damaged goods), we will process your refund within 7 working days. Refunds are made to your original payment method.

 

 

Exchanges

 

We’re unable to offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order once your refund has been processed.
