Can I send your products as a gift?
Yes. Many of our customers choose our infusions as gifts. You can add a personal message at checkout, and we’ll include it with your order.
Ingredients & Allergens
Do your honeys contain added sugar?
No. Our infused honeys are made with pure honey and natural fruit, spice, or botanical infusions — nothing artificial.
Are your products suitable for vegetarians?
Yes, all of our honeys, oils, and vinegars are suitable for vegetarians.
Do your products contain nuts?
None of our recipes use nuts. However, all items are prepared in a kitchen where nuts are handled, so we can’t guarantee they are nut-free.
Is your honey pasteurised?
No — our honey is raw and gently filtered to preserve its natural character.
Our Products
How should I store your products?
Keep honey at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Olive oils and balsamic vinegars are best stored in a cool, dark place once opened.
Do your oils and vinegars need to be refrigerated?
No, they’re best kept in the cupboard. Just be sure to seal them after each use.
How long do the infusions last once opened?
Our products are best enjoyed within 12 months of opening. Each jar or bottle carries a best before date for guidance.
Returns & Refunds
What if something arrives damaged?
If your parcel arrives damaged, please email us a photo at hello@lakesinfusion.co.uk within 48 hours, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Do you accept returns?
Because our products are perishable, we can’t accept returns unless something has gone wrong with your order. Please contact us if there’s a problem — we’ll always do our best to help. Please see our Return Policy page for more details.
