Shipping Policy

At The Lakes Infusion Co., every jar and bottle is crafted in small batches in Burneside, inspired by the flavours and landscapes of the Lake District. We take great care to ensure your order reaches you safely and in perfect condition.

Processing time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days of purchase.
During busy periods (such as Christmas markets), dispatch may take up to 7 working days.
We will always email you if there is any delay.

Delivery options

We currently deliver within the UK via Royal Mail and other trusted couriers:

Standard Delivery (2–4 working days) – £3.95
Tracked Delivery (1–3 working days) – £6.95
Free UK delivery on orders over £60.

Local collection

If you’re local to Burneside or Lancaster, we can arrange a collection point by appointment. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm.

Packaging

Your order will be packed securely using recyclable or reusable materials wherever possible, in line with our commitment to sustainability.

International shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are outside the UK and would like to purchase, please contact us and we’ll see if we can help.

Missing, damaged or incorrect orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, or if it arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at hello@lakesinfusion.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
