Shipping Policy
At The Lakes Infusion Co., every jar and bottle is crafted in small batches in Burneside, inspired by the flavours and landscapes of the Lake District. We take great care to ensure your order reaches you safely and in perfect condition.
Processing time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days of purchase.

During busy periods (such as Christmas markets), dispatch may take up to 7 working days.

We will always email you if there is any delay.

We currently deliver within the UK via Royal Mail:

Free UK delivery on orders over £30.
Market Pickup
We offer free market pickup at selected farmers’ and local markets. This allows you to order online and collect in person from our stall on the day of a confirmed market date.

How it works:
Look for “Pickup” at checkout and select the market you’ll be attending.

Confirmed dates only:
Market pickup is available only on dates listed on our Markets page. Please check our Markets page for upcoming confirmed dates before placing your order.

Order deadline:
Orders must be placed by the cut-off time listed for each market (e.g. by 6 pm the day before the market). This ensures we have your order ready for collection.

Bring your confirmation:
Please bring your order confirmation email (digital or printed) when collecting.
Packaging
Your order will be packed securely using recyclable or reused materials wherever possible, in line with our commitment to sustainability.
International shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are outside the UK and would like to purchase, please contact us and we’ll see if we can help.
Missing, damaged or incorrect orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, or if it arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at hello@lakesinfusion.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
