Our Lemon Sugar is infused with real lemon for a fresh, aromatic sweetness that is lively without becoming sharp. It is a simple way to bring a clean citrus note to baking, desserts and drinks, and works particularly well where ordinary sugar would add sweetness but not much character.
Sprinkle over pancakes, yoghurt or fresh berries, stir into tea, use in shortbread, cakes and biscuits, or scatter over fruit before roasting or baking.
