Nestled between the wild fells and winding lanes of the Lake District, The Lakes Infusion Co. is a Cumbrian food producer specialising in artisan infused honey, small-batch olive oil, and gourmet balsamic vinegar.

Born from a love of thoughtful food, slow craft, and the quiet joy of a well-made gift, our jars bring the flavours of the Lake District to your table — and to the homes of those you love to spoil.

What’s in a Jar?

Every jar starts with exceptional ingredients: golden acacia honey, cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, and aged Modena balsamic vinegar. These are carefully infused with complementary, natural flavours — from bright raspberry and zesty lemon to smoked garlic and fragrant rosemary.

We make our products in small batches, filtering for clarity and bottling by hand in our home kitchen in Lancaster. The result is a giftable, elegant jar that feels as at home in a festive hamper as it does on your kitchen counter.

You won’t find artificial flavourings or shortcuts here — just quality ingredients, infused with care, because beautiful things happen when you take your time.

Rooted in the North

The Lake District isn’t just our inspiration — it’s part of our story. As a Lake District food gift company, we bring the flavours and feel of Cumbria to local markets, artisan food fairs, and Christmas events across the North West.
