Our Blackberry Infused Honey brings the mellow sweetness of acacia honey together with the rounded fruitiness of blackberry. The result is richer and deeper than our brighter fruit flavours, while still keeping the smooth texture and gentle sweetness that makes acacia honey so versatile.
Spoon it over porridge or yoghurt, spread on warm buttered toast, drizzle over pancakes or baked fruit, use in cakes and desserts, or pair it with soft and blue cheeses. It is also lovely stirred into warm drinks or used in a glaze where a darker berry note works well with roasted vegetables or meats.
Made in small batches in the Lake District.
