Infused in the Lake District, our raw acacia honey is blended with chilli for a warming heat that develops after the honey’s natural sweetness. The result is bold and distinctive without losing the smooth character of the honey underneath.
Drizzle it over pizza, roasted vegetables or fried chicken, spoon a little onto cheese, stir it into marinades and barbecue-style glazes, or use it to add sweet heat to noodles and stir-fries. It is also brilliant with halloumi, sausages and roasted squash, where the combination of sweetness and chilli really comes into its own.
