Our Lemon Infused Honey balances the smooth golden sweetness of acacia honey with bright citrus notes. The lemon adds freshness rather than sharpness, giving the honey a clean, lively character that works beautifully at breakfast as well as in cooking and baking.
Stir it into tea, drizzle over pancakes, porridge or yoghurt, spoon over fresh fruit, spread on warm toast, or use it to glaze roast chicken and vegetables. It also works well in salad dressings, lemon cakes and simple desserts where you want sweetness with a clear citrus lift.
Made in small batches in the Lake District, it is a refreshing flavoured honey for everyday use and gifting.
