Our Vanilla Infused Honey brings the delicate sweetness of acacia honey together with warm, rounded vanilla notes. The result is soft and comforting rather than overpowering, with enough flavour to make familiar breakfasts and desserts feel a little more special.
Spoon it over porridge or yoghurt, spread it on warm toast, drizzle over pancakes, waffles or fresh fruit, stir into coffee or warm milk, or use it to sweeten cakes, biscuits and simple desserts. It also pairs beautifully with baked apples, pears and creamy cheeses.
Made in small batches in the Lake District, it is a versatile artisan honey for everyday treats and thoughtful gifting.
