English Wildflower Honey – 230 g

Our raw English Wildflower Honey is produced by bees foraging among Northumberland’s summer wildflowers. Cold-extracted and never heated above hive temperature, it retains its natural character and delicate floral flavour, giving you a straightforward honey that lets the season and forage speak for themselves.
 
Spread it over warm toast, spoon it onto yoghurt or porridge, drizzle it over pancakes or fresh fruit, pair it with cheese, stir it into warm drinks, or use it in baking and dressings. It is also lovely simply enjoyed straight from the spoon.
