Our Lemon & Thyme Infused Olive Oil combines smooth extra virgin olive oil with a bright citrus lift and the earthy, herbal character of thyme. The result is fresh and balanced, making it a particularly useful oil for lighter dishes where you want flavour without heaviness.
Drizzle over grilled fish or chicken, roast vegetables with it, toss through pasta or couscous, whisk into salad dressings, or use it to finish beans and grains. It is also lovely for dipping good bread, spooning over tomatoes and mozzarella, or adding a final fragrant touch to Mediterranean-style traybakes.
Made in small batches in the Lake District.
