Our Raspberry Infused Balsamic Vinegar combines Italian balsamic with ripe raspberry flavour for a bright sweet-sharp finish. The fruit brings fragrance and freshness while the balsamic adds body and gentle acidity, creating a versatile bottle that works across savoury dishes and desserts.
Whisk it into leafy salad dressings, drizzle over roasted vegetables, use in marinades, pair with goat’s cheese or feta, or add a little to pan sauces. For something sweeter, try it over strawberries, vanilla ice cream or chocolate desserts, where the raspberry and balsamic provide a sharp contrast to richness.
